How to Arrange an Exchange
If you want to exchange an item, please use our online contact form within 48 hours after receiving your order. We will then tell you how to send it back. The item must be in the same perfect condition as when you got it. We cannot accept returns if the product is damaged or scratched. Depending on the new item you want, we will either refund the price difference or send you a payment link to cover it. You must return the item using the cheapest shipping method available. After we receive your return, we will send you the new item without any extra charge.

Product Warranty
What warranty do your products come with?
All products come with a 1 year worldwide warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty period is longer than what might be mentioned in the watch user manuals if it is less than 1 years. The warranty covers all genuine manufacturing defects that cause the product to fail. In such cases, our support team will find the best solution for you, and the product will be repaired or replaced for free. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs. We want our customers’ watches to last a long time. If a repair is needed, we have spare parts for most watches and can repair watches outside of warranty at a fair price.
